and Human Performance

Welcome!

Welcome to Ohio State University from the Center of Excellence for Technical Training and Human Performance! On behalf of our sixteen lead and core institutions, we are excited to engage with our industry and government partners at our Year 3 Technical Meeting. Our priorities are: 1) to participate in research briefing and demo technical discussions, 2) to engage industry and the FAA in supporting the updated Research Roadmap, and 3) to align COE TTHP future research priorities with 1) youth and women in Aviation, 2) pilot and maintenance training, and 3) UAS workforce training initiatives as outlined in the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018. Thank you to the FAA for your vision, direction, and support over the past year.
